I just sold my flat in Westbourne Park with Kiren Awan at Winkworths North Kensington. What an absolute pleasure she was to deal with. Kiren brought energy and enthusiasm, which I’m convinced was a contributing factor to us getting a great price for our property. She worked hard through the exchange process to ensure things kept moving forward. She was extremely responsive throughout. If you need to sell your property within this area of London, I could not recommend Kiren and Winkworths highly enough.

I sold my flat through this branch and dealt with Kiren who I believe was head of sales. I was extremely happy with the advice and service she provided me throughout the process of the sale. From the beginning Kiren was spot on with her valuation and local knowledge, I’m so happy that I went with Winkworth as I fear our property would of sat on the market looking expensive and probably helping to sell all the other flats local to my area had we gone with the other estate agents. Her team where great on the viewings and there communication and feedback was really good. We had an offer and I really felt like Kiren and team where representing me and the sale of my home. So much so that she went back to purchaser and got a higher offer for me. One very happy customer.

Buyers AVOID !!! Our offer was accepted in March, and the experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The sales manager, Megan, left the company without a word, and her manager, Kiren, was clueless about our case. We only found out Megan had left by calling their office after she failed to reply to any of our emails. Her coworker informed us over the phone that she no longer worked at Winkworth. They even forgot to serve notice to the tenants about the sale. Our solicitor had to chase them for months for a correct version of sales memo. The lack of professionalism and communication was staggering. We felt completely unwelcome throughout the entire process. Then in August, out of the blue, they emailed us saying the seller's mortgage fell through, even though they mentioned the property has no mortgage involved before. The lack of transparency and competence was beyond frustrating. To make matters worse, we found out that the seller of the property is actually the franchise owner of Winkworth North Kensington (Sohail J) - something we only discovered by contacting Winkworth's headquarters. It’s clear now that the seller likely never had any intention of actually selling the property. It seems the franchise owner simply wanted to list more properties under their branch to make it look more impressive, without any real commitment to selling. Winkworth, a big company, hires unprofessional people, severely tarnishing their reputation. Winkworth should seriously reconsider who they allow to join their franchise. Allowing individuals like this to operate under their name only damages the company’s reputation. Trust me, you'd get better service buying a LEGO house from a toy store. Winkworth is an absolute disaster. Not recommended at all.
