Emma has been working in the property industry for over twenty years and absolutely loves everything ‘Property.’ As an Office Director at Winkworth, Emma is passionate about delivering the highest results for all clients through outstanding service offered by all her staff. Emma has always believed great service should be underpinned by a heartbeat of relentless innovation that runs through an office. Recent research with our clients found the main reasons clients choose Winkworth Chiswick is because we were highly recommended to them, and the three most familiar words used to describe our staff are "honest", "professional" and "courteous". It is because of feedback that I am confident that Winkworth Chiswick is respected which makes me immensely proud. Emma lives in West London with her husband, two teenage children and two cocker spaniels ‘Lucky and Chaos.’ In any free time, Emma loves all things related to the arts, food, travel and the outdoors.

Tom grew up in the French Alps and speaks fluent English and French. After completing his full-time education, Tom dived into the property industry. Tom brings to Winkworth a wealth of experience in both sales and lettings. Tom successfully managed a branch in the French Alps; however, he now feels it’s time to embark on a new journey with his wife to London. Tom values personal interactions with clients and strives to offer the best service possible. Joining Winkworth Chiswick in early 2024, he has made significant strides within the local community. Tom is more than happy to advise tenants and landlords in any aspect of a letting’s transaction. His door is always open if only for a chat about the market or a friendly cup of tea.

Mariola was involved for more than a decade on big development sites working as a project manager and later overseeing bigger complete refurbishments throughout London. Mariola decided to downsize on work responsibilities seven years ago due to private life commitments and joined Winkworth as a property manager. Mariola enjoys an enjoyable book, contact with nature and mountaineering in her spare time, which does not happen very often. She is also actively involved in delivering psychological support to those in need.

With such a busy office here, having a good grasp of the numbers is helpful to say the least! Working 15 years in accounting, Danuta has gained an extensive experience within this field. Danuta’s strengths include efficiency, eye for detail and excellent organization. In Danuta’s spare time she loves to travel and explore new countries. Danuta also loves to play the guitar and socialising and meeting new people.
