Ian has worked in residential Estate Agency in London for over 20 years and, after becoming a director of the Islington branch 12 years ago, now oversees the Highbury, Shoreditch and Hackney branches too. He's a proud advocate of our local area and having experienced both boom and recession conditions, is well placed to provide clear, well-balanced property advice to clients. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, boating, farming and gardening; passions he is keen to pass on to his three boys.

Hamish joined Winkworth in 2009 as a negotiator and now oversees five offices in Islington, Highbury, Shoreditch, Hackney and Stoke Newington. Having studied Land Economy in Aberdeen, he has a firm rooting in the sector which compliments his intimate understanding of the local market. He has built an impeccable reputation for providing excellent service and outstanding results and as a Highbury resident for over 15 years, strongly believes in supporting local causes. Hamish is a keen collector of contemporary art and in his spare time enjoys snow sports, spending time in the countryside and appreciating time with his wife and two young children.

Tom has over 18 years experience in residential estate agency and has spent 14 of them working in and around the city fringe, Islington, Stoke Newington and Shoreditch. This provides the basis for the in-depth lettings market experience and honest advice that he provides. Tom has a Masters degree in Building Surveying which leads on from his passion for property in general. He is an avid Rugby Union fan, enjoys reading and spending as much time as possible with his wife and two sons.
