I initially met Alex from Winkworth when he valued my Dad’s house for probate and compared to the other estate agents he was the best. On the renovation completion we met up again as I had decided to rent my house. Alex put me in touch with his staff at the Finchley branch and they soon found my tenants. Renting a property was completely new to me but the staff at Winkworth were and still are always on hand to help me. I now know the staff and which section they deal with to make the process run smoothly. Winkworth completely manage my property which is such a relief as I’m not local. Daniel actually jumped out at me while i was looking in the window to ask if I needed help as not all Winkworths properties are in the window, he took my details and then we went straight out to see 3 houses, two of which I liked but the third I loved! I offered straight away and the offer was accepted! If only I had gone to winkworth 2 months earlier!
