Neil grew up in St John’s Wood and has been associated with the area for the past 50 years. With a keen passion for all things property, Neil is an expert in the North West London property market. As the Managing Director of four offices - St John’s Wood, Maida Vale, West Hampstead, and the newly opened Belsize Park office (also covering Hampstead) - Neil’s high standards of service reflect his strong business ethics, and his dedication to helping clients is one of the reasons people always return to him. Away from the office Neil is a keen tennis player and enjoys spending time with his wife and son.

Stuart previously lived in Maida Vale and whilst there fell in love with the location and its village atmosphere. Having that experience and wanting to work within the property industry, Stuart decided that ‘Maida Vale / Little Venice’ was where he would like to work. Now having worked in Maida Vale with the same company for over 30 years Stuart has built a reputation of honesty and integrity with loyal clients. Outside of work Stuart enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons and going on long walks with the family dog.

Sam is a dynamic and ambitious estate agent who has recently started his career. With a passion for helping people find their dream homes and a keen eye for property investment opportunities, Sam brings a fresh perspective to the industry. Away from work, Sam enjoys exploring his creative and artistic side through photography and other hobbies. A dog lover at heart, he can often be found walking on Hampstead Heath or exploring the city's many parks and green spaces.

Dominic has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry and has re-joined Winkworth having previously worked in the same office from 2009 to 2014. Subsequently, Dominic worked in property recruitment, however has now returned to his old stomping ground of St John’s Wood, the place he loves the most and is keen to utilise his skills to help you find your next move. Away from work, Dominic enjoys a fulfilling family life and is a passionate football fan.

Scott has just celebrated his 26th year at Winkworth. During those years Scott has developed strong relationships with a large number of property consultants, individual and corporate clients. Scott has built a loyal following with Corporate Relocation Agents based on an honest and open approach and an understanding of their clients requirements. Covering St John's Wood, Maida Vale, West Hampstead and the surrounding areas, Scott has built long term relationships with a huge number of landlords who entrust their assets to him and his team by delivering high rents from top quality tenants. A devoted family man with two children, Scott is a passionate Arsenal supporter and a voracious reader.

Lisandria began her career in residential lettings working in central London. Now working alongside the experienced sales and lettings teams in Maida Vale, Lisandria has a passion for customer support and helping applicants find their next home. During her spare time, Lisandria can be found visiting galleries and various exhibitions.

With a strong passion for property and a genuine love for meeting new people Charlie plays a key role in supporting both landlords and tenants throughout the lettings process. As a Junior Lettings Negotiator, he is focused on delivering a smooth and efficient service from start to finish. Whether it’s arranging viewings or helping clients find the perfect home, Charlie always brings a friendly, professional approach to the role. Outside of work, Charlie enjoys staying active through sports and making time for friends and family.

Natasha has been a vital part of Winkworth since 2011. With a wealth of experience across both lettings and sales, she plays a key role in overseeing the smooth operation of our St John's Wood, Maida Vale, Belsize Park and West Hampstead offices. Her in-depth knowledge and wide-ranging skillset are essential in ensuring the business stays compliant with ever increasing regulations. Known for her friendly tone and happy demeanour, Natasha is both approachable and dependable - an integral member of the Management Team who helps drive our continued success.

Andrea is well established within the Winkworth network having worked for the St John's Wood office previously. Andreas key organisation skills, attention to detail and caring manner ensure the team are always provided with essential support. Andrea lives locally with her young family.

Hannah joined the team in St John’s Wood, bringing over 8 years of Central London property experience. Having a thorough understanding of the processes and regulations of the industry, she understands how to support her colleagues with efficient and professional work whilst always having a smile on her face. Aside from saying hello to the giraffes in Regent’s Park, Hannah also enjoys skiing and caring for her many house plants.

Roxana is the Marketing Coordinator for our Winkworth offices in St John’s Wood, Maida Vale, Hampstead, West Hampstead, and Belsize Park - five neighbourhoods home to some of the most desirable properties in North West London. Creative and detail-driven, she oversees strategic campaigns across digital and print, ensuring our properties and the people behind them receive the attention they deserve. She also gives online audiences an inside look at some of the area’s most remarkable properties, bringing each space to life - a highlight of her role, but just one part of her diverse creative work. When she’s not curating the perfect post, Roxana enjoys travelling, capturing life through her camera lens, painting, and spending quality time with her dog, Bobby.

Leila is the friendly face keeping everything running smoothly at Winkworth Maida Vale as our Team Secretary. Outside of work, Leila swaps emails for easels and loves creating beautiful portrait paintings. Whether she’s helping the team with marketing or bringing a canvas to life, she has a real eye for detail and enjoys adding a personal touch to everything she does.

Matt has been Head of Property Management for over 10 years and has seen both the portfolio and his team double in size. The team deals with all eventualities during the course of a tenancy, delivering a swift and professional service for landlords and tenants whilst ensuring a balanced and fair outcome.

Aggie has been working in the property industry for five years before joining the Winkworth Property Management team in 2015. She offers a responsive and professional service to landlords and tenants alike, her calm manner and easy disposition enables her to deliver a positive resolution for both parties.

Not to be confused with that singer, our latest recruit to Accounts, Robbie, brings with him 25 years of varied accounts experience, including 12 years spent in the London residential property sector. When not pouring over spreadsheets, you will find Robbie engrossed in the latest Scandi thriller or at the security line at Heathrow off on his next adventure (81 countries visited, so many more still to go!).

Nechar joined the Winkworth accounts team in December 2014, bringing with him over 18 years of experience working in property accounting through social housing associations and investment banking. He is a qualified Accounting Technician (MAAT). Nechar enjoys spending his spare time with his family and friends.

Monica, joined the team in 2015, she brings with her over 25 years of experience working in accounts for various organisations. Monica is an Accounting Technician (MAAT). Monica is easily approachable and very helpful and spends a great deal of her spare time doing voluntary work.
