Kiren started her career in Cheshire with her parents buying and renovating her first house at the age of 16. After a couple of years, she took the big leap to the capital, working as a sales negotiator in the largest corporate agency in West London. In 2005, Kiren set up her own business selling off plan properties in international emerging markets travelling to 40 countries and choosing to sell in 12. In 2012, Kiren came back to the London property market as a negotiator in both sales and lettings. Since then she has worked for three leading boutique agencies and has had her feet firmly under the table at Winkworth North Kensington since 2019 as the Sales Manager. Kiren possesses great people skills and believes that customer service is paramount. She will go to great lengths to make sure that both landlords and vendors alike are looked after every step of the way.

Having worked in the industry since 2007, Jason cut his teeth working for some of London’s largest corporate agencies in West London , allowing him to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in the Rentals Market. With his hybrid personal approach to dealing with clients whilst maintaining corporate efficiency and professionalism, Jason is more than happy to advise landlords in any aspect of a lettings transaction. His door is always open if only for a chat about the market or a friendly cup of tea.
