    I was anxious about selling my flat, but I felt very reassured when Nick came to see it. He explained the process to a novice really well and gave me a realistic valuation based entirely on facts.True to his word, I quickly got many viewings and an offer within two weeks. Then Julia’s steady and calm support during the sale process, contacting my and the buyer’s solicitors, sped things up hugely. She always kept me informed and understood exactly what was needed.     We recently bought our first property with Julia, and honestly we cannot recommend her enough!! She was fantastic, super communicative, and always on top of everything. We had lots of questions throughout the entire process, and quite frankly there were a few inevitable things that weren't the easiest to surpass which caused delays, but we were so pleased by Julia's persistence and communication throughout.     I cannot recommend the team at Winkworth highly enough, especially Julia and Nick. Buying/selling a property can be an incredibly stressful journey, and while our process ended up being quite long due to factors outside of anyone's control, Julia and Nick were absolute rockstars throughout.     Until very very recently. I would have stood by the truth that I don’t like estate agents, that they are a necessary evil. But. Hand on heart. Nick @ Winkworth N16 has converted me.     We recently bought a house via Winkworth Stoke Newington. The team were very courteous, especially Nick Pedraza who was the estate agent who helped us purchase the property. This is our first property and Nick was able to relate us, both in the excitement and the worries we held about it. It was not an easy process but ultimately Nick helped get us to the finish line and we have a home for our newborn now, so we are glad to have made it.     We needed to sell our home and, if I’m honest, I was quite nervous about dealing with estate agents because of past experiences. When Nick from Winkworth came to value our home, I immediately felt at ease. He spoke honestly, without any sales pitch or jargon. I never felt like I was being “sold to” he just felt genuine and trustworthy. Nick found us a buyer very quickly, and throughout the negotiations he was calm, reassuring and offered extremely helpful advice. We always felt we were in safe hands. Julia then helped get the sale over the line. She has been friendly, professional and incredibly supportive throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble, and she kept everything moving smoothly. At one point, I took a call from Nick while with a friend who is also selling her home. She overheard the conversation and afterwards said how impressed she was with his manner and how different it was from her own experience with estate agents. I would absolutely (and already have) recommend Winkworth. We’re so grateful for the way they handled our sale from start to finish. Thank you Julia and Nick!
