Adrian is one of the longest-standing members of the Winkworth team, with a considerable 25 years of experience under his belt. He comes to Winkworth after 18 years in the City, having been a Member of the Stock Exchange and later a derivatives trader. He made the leap into sales for the diversity of clients, the chance to work collaboratively with a great team, and the guarantee of never a dull day. Adrian gets excellent feedback for the depth of his market knowledge, the rapport he builds with his clients, and the financial grounding he brings to transactions. With four children and a busy family life, he has the energy of a man half his age.

David Curley is an estate agent with 18 years’ experience. He believes in hard work, sound judgement, and the value of personal responsibility. He is competitive yet measured, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering results, and guiding clients through their property decisions with clarity, confidence, and resolve.

Rod has over 43 years of experience in the industry, including five years at sea before embarking on his property career. He began in Puerto Banús, Marbella, Spain, selling apartments for a British investor for two years, before moving to a North London agency in Muswell Hill, where he spent several years. He then ran his own successful estate agency, Ambrose Heffernan, for six years in North London, followed by a year at Winkworth in St John’s Wood. For the past 23 years, Rod has been closely connected with the West End office. He is now based at our Clerkenwell office while continuing to play a key role in West End operations. Rod has two children and his greatest passions are his family and rugby, which he still plays in the front row.

Harriet joined Winkworth in 2016 and brings over 10 years of experience in the property industry, with extensive knowledge of the London market. She became Lettings Manager in 2022 after being promoted from negotiator, and her strong background in property makes her a trusted point of contact when you need expert guidance. Outside of work, Harriet enjoys cooking, riding around London on a Lime bike (with a helmet), skiing, and horse riding. She also loves to travel, expensive holidays, and is currently learning tennis for another summer, though she admits she may end up just sticking with padel instead.

Swiss-born and French-speaking, Alexandre has a keen eye for the details that truly matter. Methodical yet approachable, he takes genuine pleasure in matching people with the perfect place. Outside of work, you'll often find him in the countryside, book in hand, with field sports on the agenda. Alexandre has been working in real estate since 2017 and joined the team in\n2021. Since then, he's thoroughly enjoyed helping clients navigate the West End market and uncovering the distinctive character of each neighbourhood.

Harry was born in Salisbury into an Army family, the middle of three brothers. At school he played cricket and football to a high standard before a few nomadic years in New York and Kuwait.\nBefore joining Winkworth, Harry travelled through Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Brazil, and spent six months in Australia working courtside and trackside on the PGA Tour, the Australian Open and LIV Golf building scaffold, and built festival stages for the likes of Park life and Black Deer. He's bringing that same energy and ambition to lettings. Outside of work, he's a keen sportsman, with football, American football, basketball, cricket, and skiing all on the list.

Iona has over 15 years of industry experience, having been at Winkworth for over a decade. She supports the team with all aspects of lettings administration, with organisational skills and an attention to detail that puts the rest of us to shame, as well as significant knowledge of legislation and compliance. She's a real asset to the team and a ray of sunshine in the office, we're very lucky to have her.

Hannah brings a strong foundation in property marketing, having begun her career with Ray White in Melbourne, one of Australia's largest real estate agencies, where she supported marketing across both sales and lettings. With a degree in marketing and a background in interior staging, she has a genuine eye for presentation and a clear understanding of what makes a property resonate with the right audience.

Matt has been Head of Property Management for over 10 years and has seen both the portfolio and his team double in size. The team deals with all eventualities during the course of a tenancy, delivering a swift and professional service for landlords and tenants whilst ensuring a balanced and fair outcome.

Aggie has been working in the property industry for five years before joining the Winkworth Property Management team in 2015. She offers a responsive and professional service to landlords and tenants alike, her calm manner and easy disposition enables her to deliver a positive resolution for both parties.

Kat joined the property industry in September 2017 and has a lot of experience helping both tenants and landlords navigate their needs. She enjoys solving problems, learning from contractors and engineers, and ensuring that every property she manages runs smoothly.\nHer passion for properties is what led her to this career, combining practical knowledge with a genuine love for creating positive experiences. Outside of work, Kat enjoys spending quality time with her family and her son, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and staying active with outdoor activities.

Grace has a year and a half of experience in the property industry and has developed a strong appreciation for the structure and problem-solving involved in ensuring properties meet required standards. She enjoys keeping operations organised and running smoothly and was inspired to pursue property through her father, who is a property developer. Outside of work, Grace can often be found at Pilates classes, baking, or exploring restaurants and enjoying drinks with friends. She values quality time with her family and has a passion for fashion, often putting together stylish outfits and curated looks.

Erkan has over 15 years industry experience across sales, lettings and most recently property management. In property management he found his home, enjoying the long-term relationships he can build with landlords and tenants. As a landlord himself, he understands the pressures well and does his best to minimize any stress and maximize the benefits. Erkan prides himself on truly understanding his clients’ needs and providing a service that is both balanced and fair to tenants and landlords alike. When not at work, Erkan can often be found on the football pitch, either playing or in the stands supporting Liverpool. But don’t hold that against him.

With over two years of experience in the property industry, Vjosa is passionate about helping both landlords and tenants navigate their needs with ease. She enjoys creating smooth, positive experiences for everyone involved and takes pride in offering clear guidance and support. After completing a postgraduate degree in Property Law and Real Estate Management, Vjosa knew property management was the ideal place to begin a career, an\nopportunity to apply her knowledge while building meaningful relationships. Outside of work, Vjosa can often be found reading, enjoying a good coffee, or taking relaxing walks.

Maryam began her career in the property industry as an administrator apprentice, gaining valuable experience early on. She has since worked in mortgages across both residential and commercial sectors, where she developed a strong passion for building relationships with clients, residents, and tenants. More recently, she managed a Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential site, further strengthening her knowledge of property management. Maryam enjoys working in the industry and looks forward to continuing to grow her experience. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling whenever she can.

Vanya joined Winkworth as a Property Manager after gaining experience as a Junior Property Manager and Lettings Administrator. Having grown up between South Wales and North London, she has enjoyed experiencing different communities and meeting people from a variety of backgrounds. With just over a year’s experience in the property industry, Vanya has developed strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing helpful and reliable support to landlords and tenants. Her background in customer service, administration, and degree in Bioscience has helped her develop a calm and practical approach to problem-solving while continuing to learn and grow within the industry. Outside of work, Vanya enjoys cars, science/superhero fiction, and anything adrenaline fuelled.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the property industry, Maria brings a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to her role. Having started in Lettings, she discovered that Property Management offered the ideal balance between meaningful client interaction and work-life rhythm. Maria thrives on communication, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring properties are well looked after. Outside of work, Maria dedicates most of her time to her family and her love of sewing. She also speaks both Russian and Spanish, enjoys exploring museums and fashion.

Chloe has been working in the industry for nearly two years and loves that the role allows her to explore London, discovering neighbourhoods and hidden corners she might never have seen otherwise. She originally fell into the job by chance, starting with a few days a week assisting with inspections before gradually taking on more responsibility. The flexibility immediately appealed to her, and the position has proved to be a great fit. Outside of work, Chloe is a director and theatre maker. When she isn’t organising property inspections or writing reports, she is creating, directing, and collaborating within the world of theatre.
