These guys really earned their commission. The team at Winkworth are experienced negotiators who know what they are doing and give good advice. In a difficult market with a difficult chain the Winkworth team went over and above to help everyone along, especially as one of the other estate agents did not seem to be doing their job. They give good and realistic valuations and have their finger on the pulse of the market. I would highly recommend them.

If I could give 6-stars, I would! We just purchased our first flat and Winkworth represented the buyer. Andrew was always extremely responsive and helped get all of the answers we needed. We ran in to a couple of unexpected road blocks at the end of the transaction, and while the clock was ticking down, Andrew went above and beyond, working tirelessly to coordinate with all parties to get the paper work we needed. He's extremely pro-active and didn't hesitate to roll up his sleeves and problem solve along with us. When it comes time to sell the flat in the future, I will definitely be calling Andrew.

The only thing I can say about the whole team at Winkworth Banstead is that they are absolutely amazing! Really amazing! We found our home through them and moved 2 weeks ago and we are still so grateful for their integrity, honesty and genuine care throughout the process! As soon as you speak to any of the team you know straight away they are experienced and professional. We can’t thank Andrew, Richard and Alison enough - they made our dream happen and we know that had the house been on the market with another agent we may not have got it! What really stood out was that from end to end (viewing, putting in an offer and getting to exchange and completion) they managed the whole process seamlessly, with absolute honesty, were always available to take our call and took away any stress that comes from house selling/buying. It gets better…. when we completed and picked up the keys I can honestly say the whole team were genuinely thrilled for us - not because it was another house they had completed on but genuinely happy for us!!! Truly a lovely team!!! So to all of the team thank you so much! I have to say an extra thank you to Andrew. Thank you for being particularly fantastic and always so calm, great and listening and dealing with everything so quickly and effortlessly! I will miss speaking to you all but will pop my head in to say hello when I am in Banstead!

What I'd thought would be a fairly straightforward move proved to be much more complicated than I'd expected. Throughout what turned out to be a six-month process Dominic Fletcher who showed me several flats was cheerful, supportive and unflagging in his conviction that all would work out in the end! His good humour, calm and patience have been really helpful, and I'm very grateful to him for his professionalism.

Andrew and Marcus have both shown complete commitment to our house sale in what were not straightforward circumstances. I am certain that it was their diplomacy, courtesy and professional insight that saw the sale through for us, and I am very grateful to them. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I have been using Winkworth since they established themselves in Poringland in 2016 to let my property in Norwich. I would highly recommend Jamie and his professional team, in particular Linda Jackson who has cared for several changes of tenants during these last eight years and has dealt with all parties in a speedy, friendly and efficient manner. She is very approachable and it is a relief in these changeable and sometimes challenging times to know I am in her capable hands. Thank you Poringland Winkworth !

ive just rented a property from winkworth and i cant find enough good words to express how happy i am Alex Marle its absolutely amazing , he made the whole process quick and easier than i could even imagine i give them 10 stars not 5 , definitely recommend everybody to use Winkworth
