Cannot recommend Rosella and her team highly enough. From the day she valued our property to completion Rosella went above and beyond, was always on hand to answer any questions we had and replied to emails really quickly seven days a week, even sorting and reassuring when there was a problem down the chain when nobody else could. Denise Latham is smart, imbued with common sense and fairness. She has a sense of proportion and humour, and navigates well between all the different parties, ensuring that what can often be high tension and complex is smooth and everyone ends up feeling "good" and valued.
