Mana and Rosie have been gentle, supportive and efficient during the stressful process of selling our family home of 18years. From the thoroughly professional approach and presentation of options to the delightful box of goodies handed to me on the last day… it had the things I simply could not remember where I had packed them - like tresseme hair conditioner… how did they even know this is the exact brand I love ❤️ and at the moment I most needed it ! Despite how many spreadsheets / notebooks and post it’s were completed with organisation - many many things are still separated from me in one of the 50 packed boxes !! Winkworth Estate Agents Ferndown and primarily Rosella were extremely professional, courteous & efficient throughout my purchase and I was always fully informed and up to date throughout the process. Despite many obstacles (caused by outside factors) I was always filled with a warm feeling of confidence thanks to Rosella who always had her finger on the pulse showing great commitment & professionalism throughout and made completion as smooth as it could possibly have been. I could go on for hours but Winkworth is the best. through 9 years of tenancy across London I have never felt so at home and in control when it comes to our Flat. they our everything you would wish from a landlord. efficient, quick, friendly and welcoming always ready to jump on the horse and fix any problem within in literally minutes even going way beyond the call of duty particularly with one of the team, Adam, who has fought tooth and nail to sort out a problem that technically he could have just let slip as it was to do with the really the building managers responsibility and the landlord of another flats issue to sort. despite this he did it and as soon as I got him onto the case it was sorted within days. thank you again so much for having us I have never felt so relaxed and really like I have made a home here without feeling like i am constantly being observed or untrusted to look after a home and instead trusted to get on with life and in the end that is what anyone really wants but to do it with such support is amazing and i can safely say we look forward to staying on if they will have us. in short if you can find it with Winkworth stop your search and go to your new home, they have the matt to welcome you already waiting! good luck in your search and if you have found a slice of heaven with this amazing team congratulations.
