This is not the first property i have rented. I am happy with the agency, I have lived in the property for 5 years now. If there is a problem with the property they always resolve it very quickly. Lonnie always helps with all the paperwork and I recommend the agency to anyone looking to rent.

This is now the second property, successfully sold, with 18 months via Winkworth Banstead. After selling our property, we were so impressed with the service and care received, that we returned to instruct them in selling my mother's house.
