"This has been our family home for nearly 14 years. We have absolutely loved living here in this beautiful house and being a part of this amazing community.

We love the light, spacious bedrooms which enabled us to raise our growing family in comfort over the years. We have had many happy moments sitting in the garden in the sunshine, drinking a cup of coffee with the kitchen doors wide open and the kids running in and out. The garden is south-facing and the sun fills it for most of the day. We have wonderful memories of times relaxing as a family in the comfort of the sitting room, garden parties, barbecues, large Christmas gatherings and fabulous dinner parties with friends. The loft space provides a real haven of peace and is nice and airy in the summer with the Juliet balcony door open. We have used the other room in the loft as a spacious office space, which has been great for us both working from home. It is very peaceful up there and you can see parakeets in the tree opposite as you work!

The road is tranquil and removed from the hustle and bustle of Green Lanes. There is very little traffic because of the lack of access to St Anns road.

We love going up to Woodberry Wetlands with the kids and open water swimming there in the summer. We also spend a lot of time at Clissold and Finsbury Park.

There are so many places for children of all ages to play that it is hard to choose! You are spoilt for choice for community events at Lordship Hub, Woodlands Park Childrens Centre, Snug cafe etc as well as incredible parks and playgrounds.

The Garden Residents Association is around the corner and has lots of family events such as open cinemas, Halloween and Christmas events. There is a great sense of community and our kids have been lucky to attend outstanding local nurseries and schools.

The Dusty Knuckle bakery at end of road does amazing bread, pastries and pizzas at the weekend! Green Lanes has an excellent range of shops, cafes and restaurants. Transport links are really good and you can walk to Finsbury Park, Crouch End and Stoke Newington easily. You have the Arena Retail Park for great supermarkets and the gym.

We have made a lot of home improvements to the house and redecorated recently. We have planning permission for a side return and the designs for it. We will really miss being here!"
