I cannot recommend Freddie and his team at Winkworth Kensington highly enough. I was looking for a flat in the middle of the rental crisis and was having no luck on my own, or with other agencies. Most agencies stopped helping me in my search the second I mentioned the word ‘student’ and I was being constantly outbid on properties by other tenants… Extremely stressful! Freddie and his team came to the rescue and found my flatmate and I a wonderful flat - even better than what we had been looking for - and at rocket speed. They provided a highly efficient and personal service - often working late at night to secure us our flat. To them, nothing was a problem! Winkworth Surrey Quays is the BEST AGENT!!! I have been renting the flat in London for more than 10 years. Winkworth is the best agent I have ever met. I have been renting a flat from them 2 years ago, Alex was really helpful at that time. Paying reasonable fees for credit check, reference and everything. It went well and great. Also, if the flat got any problems, just give them a call. The contractor will show up next day and do the job properly. In addition, if there were any news or arrangements, Hussain always email and call me to confirm it. They are responsible and efficient. I would love to recommend Winkworth Surrey Quays to everyone.

I had a very good experience with Winkworth Clerkenwell & City Estate agents.. I contacted from zoopla to view a flat, and Kenrick Browne made the viewing.
