I would give 10 stars if Google allows me. Excellent agency. We were tenants for more than 2 years unfortunately for working purposes we've to move away from London and we couldn't continue renting with Winkworth. Every time where we needed something or any issue they responded very quick and sorted in 24 hours. Alex was very kind with us and very professional and Faraz as well. Overall I fully recommend to be a tenant with this agency, you will feel very lucky.

Federico and his team have proven swift and very helpful on all aspects of my rental process: from the initial description and visit of the property down to very practical help to facilitate the move-in. They are experienced, they know the area well, and they have made themselves available for important questions as well as points of detail and managing the relation with the landlord. Clearly top among the agents I have ever dealt with, and I would recommend them for a search in the W8 area.

Jason de Sousa at Winkworth North Kensington did an absolutely brilliant job for us. I initially contacted three estate agents about a one bedroom apartment for our daughter, but very quickly decided I'd just work with Jason. Within minutes of speaking to Jason, he'd sent through a really nice selection of excellent options. He immediately understood what we were looking for and so we didn't waste any time at all on false leads. Jason actually found the best possible apartment for us, a bright, newly renovated apartment in a quiet, central location. It is just so special and owned by a really lovely landlady, who greeted us graciously and warmly, along with Jason, the day our daughter moved in. We are so grateful - the place is a real home and Jason continues to be promptly available to us, should we need his help with anything. I have worked with many real estate agents over a period of many decades. Jason and his team are in a league of their own! I can't recommend him highly enough.

The whole team at Winkworth Marlborough were amazing throughout out sale and purchase, kept us updated the whole way through, went that extra mile, made the whole process so much more delightful, can't thank them enough, very highly recommend.
