Recently we invited four letting companies over to meet them, get quotes etc as we were renting out our family home, and Candiss was the first booked in. She was punctual, professional, friendly and the amount she thought we could rent our property out, was bang on where it needed to be. The next company to bid for the business said they could get us more per month, but I just didnt get the same rapport as I did, when speaking to Candiss, and their fees were a lot more expensive. My partner and I felt so comfortable and happy with our dealings with Candiss and Ellie that we decided to scrap the other two Companies and went with Winkworth. We were working on a very quick turnaround time and the whole experience was completed in record time, with a lovely couple moving in, in a couple of weeks. I have just rented a property through Winkworth and I have to say it has been a completely thorough and professional service. Helen Barker has looked after me throughout and responds quickly, gets any issues dealt with and has been so accommodating with going round to the property prior to moving in. I contacted numerous agents prior to finding this property and they were all appalling to deal with, to the point you are lucky to even get a call back when asking just to view a property. A good agent is rare to find and this is by far the best agent I have ever dealt with.
