Matthew has been an agent in Bath for over 20 years. He brings a wealth of experience of dealing with property of all types within the city from small apartments to some of the largest town and country houses. Most recently Matthew worked for Knight Frank's Bath office for 12 years, leaving as a salaried partner, but was excited by the opportunity to build a family business with partner Lucy within the established Winkworth network.

Lucy has worked in Bath estate agency for over 20 years. She starting her career working at Cluttons in Bath for 10 years and was then asked to help set up Knight Frank's Bath office in 2006. Since then Lucy has overseen a number of high profile new homes developments in the city before taking over the Winkworth Bath office with her partner Matthew.

Denise joined Winkworth in 2017 and has spent the last 12 years of her career within the property industry. She has covered many roles from sales and marketing to portfolio management. Denise has joined Winkworth as a property manager and is an organised, efficient professional who oversees each property with keen attention to detail and a focus on client's best interests. Denise is working towards putting all her years of knowledge into gaining an ARLA qualification. Denise has a keen interest in rugby and enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
