Rich started his estate agency career back in 1990 and has always worked within the London Borough of Bromley, he came to Beckenham in 1996, then some seven years later he opened his own agency, selling this in 2018, so has great knowledge of the area. A very keen sports fan who still dabbles at Cricket and Golf, enjoys travelling and a good TV crime drama.

She is highly organised and methodical, you could say that she is the glue that holds the office together. Hazel previously attended the Brit School, worked at the Beckenham Beacon and was a former fitness instructor and still regularly attends spin classes at the local David Lloyd Fitness Centre.

Maddie joined the Winkworth team in 2021 as a trainee, full of enthusiasm and passion for property. Maddie was promoted to Lettings Negotiator after establishing positive relationships with new and existing clients, resulting in an impressive increase of 25% in lettings revenue year on year. Since then she has expanded her knowledge and worked her way up to Assistant Manager of Lettings and overseeing the whole Lettings Department. Her meticulous attitude and positive work ethic has firmly cemented her as an essential part of our team here in Beckenham.
