Donna has worked in Estate Agency for over 32 years. During this time Donna has covered most roles within the estate agency environment, constantly building on her knowledge and experience including a Branch Manager and Area Director role, and even a stint in the local university overseeing the student accommodation. Eight years ago Donna joined Winkworth as a partner which led to the next step of taking over the business in its entirety in 2019. Donna is passionate about customer service in this competitive industry and is head an organisation that fits so well with her own beliefs and has built a strong team which has the same ethos as her own.

He became their Sales Manager and carried out many successful valuations, negotiations and viewings.He has now joined Winkworth and looks forward to welcoming clients both old and new. With a background in eCommerce and Account management, she knows how to keep things running smoothly and enjoys finding a perfect match for both tenants and landlords. Outside of work, she’s all about adventure—whether that’s traveling, hitting the gym, or scoring goals on the netball court. A master of multitasking, she’s ready to tackle the lettings world—one property at a time!

Penny McKenzie has worked for Winkworth Canterbury for over 15 years, working most roles within the office. Penny realised a few years ago there was a gap in the market for client accounting within the lettings industry and after passing her exams an AAT Bookkeeper and doing further extensive training, she has now set up her own company dealing with lettings client accounts. Fortunately, Penny remains doing all the Winkworth accounting and continues to be a great asset in dealing with all aspects of rental accounting. Outside of this, her two children keep her busy so a little less time for kayaking these days.
