Both Howard and Graham started their Agency careers in 1986 and 1985 respectively, working for an Independent Estate Agent with several branches in various North London Suburbs including Hampstead Garden Suburb, Highgate, Golders Green and Swiss Cottage. In 1993 they acquired the existing Winkworth Franchise that was already well established in Golders Green. A few years later the office was re-located to a more prominent position and then in 1998 they opened a second office in Finchley Central. Now with the addition of the Hendon Office this creates a tremendous opportunity to enhance the exposure of their Vendor's and Landlord's properties to a much wider audience across all three local branches. Purchases and Tenants will also benefit by having a greater diversity of suitable properties to choose from without having to register with several offices.
