I am letting my properties through Winkworth Golders Green for 8 years. Sean Doherty is my agent. Sean is the best agent I ever worked with in the last 15 years in Golders Green. Properties were rented lighting fast and tenants were and are first class. Never had a problem with tenants. Sean is always available for contact and he is very professional. Properties are managed by Winkworth. I am working with Deepa Bulegoda, Management Department and Gabrielle Perez, Lettings & Property Management Administrator. When you letting properties, something unexpected can happen and will happen. These problems were efficiently managed by Gabriell Perez, who is very attentive and always finding the best solution. I am receiving rent always at time and monthly reports are top notch. This part is covered by Deepa Bulegoda. I can ask Deepa about different form of report and it always be provided lightning fast. I found Winkworth by chance in order to sell my mother’s house from afar. Graham inspired great confidence from the outset, so I never considered anyone else. Graham explained how to proceed, arranged clearance and cleaning, and the property was very soon on the market. Winkworth quickly found a buyer but I needed probate for the sale so there was a long delay. During this time, I dealt mainly with Jamie who was equally wonderful. He got the front garden tidied for me, went round immediately and took videos when a neighbour reported noises, and took meter readings upon completion.
