Graham Gold started working as an estate agent in Golders Green in 1985. In the late 1980's and early 1990's he became an area manager covering much of North West London for a large institutional estate. Subsequently he moved to Golders Green in 1993 to take over, as franchisee, the Winkworth office which was already well established in the area.One shop move and several refurbishments later with premises proudly sitting opposite the war memorial in the heart of Golders Green, Graham celebrates 20 years as a Winkworth franchisee in 2013.Covering the sale and rental of properties throughout the whole of NW11 and parts of NW2, Graham and his team of experienced negotiators are used to dealing with all types of properties ranging from studio/one bedroom flats to Ambassadorial multimillion pound houses.When not in the office, Grahams with his family. He spends the first hour of most days walking his dog on the open priory near where he lives. He enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Started in the business in 1986 in Hampstead Garden suburb and has spent all my working time in North & North West London. I bought my first Winkworth franchise in Golders Green with Graham Gold in 1993 and then in 1998 took over the Finchley office and have owned and operated the office since that time. Graham & myself have always believed in offering a full service to our clients and cover all aspects of residential property from sales, lettings, management, new homes & development and have strong ties within the local community, which we have served for over 25 years. I am also a member of NAEA & ARLA.

I started in the business in 2005, in the Finchley area, and having spent all my working time in the Finchley and surrounding areas, I bought my first Winkworth franchise in Totteridge & Whetstone 2010. After four successful years, I then felt the need for a new challenge, and in 2014 I decided to sell the franchise and move to the Finchley office to assist Howard & Graham with what was already a successful office. In 2024, I was ecstatic to own my second Winkworth franchise and to join Howard & Graham as one of the partners for the office. Graham, Howard & myself have always believed in offering a full service to our clients, and cover all aspects of residential property - from sales, lettings, management, new homes & development. I have strong ties within the local community, which we have served for over 25 years, and wish to serve for many more years. Personally, having grown up locally, and having many ties to the area, this is something I look to strive and improve upon every single day.
