Ian Simons our residential sales branch manager joins us with over twenty yearsﾒ experience in residential sales. Having started out in West London, Ian moved up to Northampton in 2002, where he worked for an independent estate agent in East Northamptonshire. In 2011 Ian started work for a multi branch independent in Hunsbury and managed the team to be top office in the group for the last three years. Ian is very passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to help facilitate clients needs and provide guidance on every step of our clients needs. Living in Abington, Ian can use his local knowledge to ensure our clients achieve the superior service required to achieve the right sale. Prior to joining Winkworth I have worked within the Estate Agent and Letting Agent industry for 13 years gaining experience across both sectors of sales and lettings. For the last 7 years I have worked as a Property Manager within residential lettings. I was born in Northampton, and have always worked within the town. Over this time I have built some close relationships with Landlords, tenants and contractors and always strive to come up with the best outcomes for all involved.
