Andrew graduated from university in 1999 and joined a well-known national estate agency in 2000 in Winchester. After five successful years he was promoted to Sales Manager of their international department based in London covering Europe and The Caribbean. He then managed the company’s largest and most successful office outside London in Farnham. Andrew opened up the office in Petersfield in 2011 where he was incredibly keen to work in the town he was brought up in. In his free time, Andrew loves spending time with his wife and young son.

Harry graduated with a law degree from the University of Surrey in 2020 before going on to complete his LPC LLM at the University of Law in Guildford. Harry has worked for Winkworth on a part-time basis since 2017 before starting as a Sales Negotiator in 2021. Harry has successfully completed his Propertymark Level 3 certificate in Property Agency and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents which ensures that he is best placed to provide you with invaluable advice and expertise. In 2025, Harry became a Director at Winkworth Petersfield. Having always lived in Petersfield, Harry prides himself upon his knowledge of the local area and his passion to help people find their dream home. Alongside his keen interest in property, Harry is an avid football supporter and regularly attends local matches.

Simon joined Winkworth Petersfield in 2024 following a 43-year career in the Royal Navy. Though extensively deployed in the UK and abroad, Petersfield has been his home since 1996, and his children attended a local primary school. Having bought and sold properties across the area (a number through Winkworth), he remains keen to impart his local knowledge and love of the area to discerning purchasers. When not working, Simon can be found out with his wife, walking the dog and sailing in Chichester Harbour and The Solent.

Val previously had a long career working for a well-known High Street Bank before changing direction in 2014 to work in the property rental business. She has worked with Winkworth on a part-time basis since then and manages all aspects of property management and administration for our rental portfolio. As a landlord herself, she takes pride in delivering a personal service to our landlords and cares passionately about tenants’ wellbeing. Val has lived in the Petersfield area since 1984 and loves everything about the town and surrounding villages. When not working, Val can often be seen taking the dog for a walk or out with her husband and family.
