Before embarking on her career in agency, Lori was a golf professional for many years following a successful amateur career playing at both county and international level. She started in agency in 2004 and has always worked in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. While working at her previous agency, she met James where they forged a firm friendship. Their passion to change the way people perceive estate agents, led them to joining forces and purchasing the Winkworth Southbourne franchise in 2020 and completing on the purchase of their newest Winkworth franchise in Wimborne in 2023. Lori has always lived in Southbourne and is very passionate about the area. Her children Zak and Kitty attended the local St James primary school. Both her children are now adults so in her spare time she enjoys travelling and big family get togethers when her youngest is home from university.

Family is very important to Ariana as she comes from a large Greek family. She enjoys travelling, entertaining and keeping fit. Property has been part of Ariana's life since she was a baby with her father being a developer and her mother running and managing country homes. She started her career in agency in 2012 locally and her partner is also an estate agent in the Canford Cliffs area. In 2021 Ariana started her SAVA qualification, which once complete, will make her a qualified RICS surveyor and one of the most knowledgeable people on the Southbourne high street to have visit your home.

Having lived in the Midlands whilst working as cabin crew she relocated to Southbourne 12 years ago to pursue her passion for photography. Having qualified in 2008, she worked as a wedding photographer for many years but has always had a passion for property. These skills along with being part of our in-house team, allow her to offer our clients a bespoke creative service, not traditionally found in Estate agencies. Her areas of expertise are photography, marketing, and social media. She lives with her husband and daughter who attends a local primary school and her beloved pooch Barney. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling and long walks with Barney.

Lara’s love of property has roots in her early family life and she has worked in estate agency on and off since the age of 17, joining the Winkworth team part time in early 2023. She was brought up locally giving her extensive knowledge of the local area. Her son attends the same local school that she did so Lara is well-placed to help you find your ideal property in the area. In her free time, Lara enjoys exercising, travelling and spending time outdoors.
