    5 stars for Alex Marle and the lettings team at Winkworth. We unexpectedly found ourselves with nowhere to live, after completing the sale on our property and hitting a delay on the new-build we're buying. Alex pulled out all the stops to arrange a fabulous rental apartment for us and completed all the move-in admin in just 2 days. He even sent emails to us in the evenings after office hours to ensure we moved in on time. He provided an efficient, fast, professional service and we would highly recommend Alex and the Westbourne lettings team. I can't thank Alex enough for all his help, we're so grateful.

Starting with Ben, who is now a senior partner, and more recently dealing with George, the whole operation has been seamless.     Winkworths always go above and beyond. Nino, my property manager, is in particular always so responsive and happy to help. She has provided excellent advice when I have had tenants who failed to pay the rent. The branch has also gone above and beyond in meeting tradespeople/surveyors at the property when the tenant has not been home. They provided excellent advice when I had hoped to sell the property but had a low lease. Their management fee is also slightly cheaper than some of the nearby agents. I couldn’t recommend more highly

    I have been renting with Winkworth of Westbourne for the past 3 years. During the past 2 years Nino has been my property manager. Nino has been very supportive, kind and thoughtful. It has been reassuring to know that with just a phone call, she would resolve any problem. I have now moved to a new address, and sadly it is not managed by Winkworth, so I had to say a sad farewell to Nino.     Winkworth Westbourne was our real estate agent and was great from the start. As a newly moved family to the UK from Sri Lanka they took time to explain all procedures and had a hassle free move in. I should mention our property manager Nino Ninikuri who was excellent. She was amazing with all advice and always was quick to respond to all queries we had despite how busy she was and with regards to all maintenance issues. She did make it feel like it was our own home. If choosing Winkworth Westbourne make sure you request for Nino as your property manager and you will not regret it.

    Phenomenal & Professional Service! I have bought from Winkworth and became an accidental landlord through them as well.     The first agency that helped us not with words, but with deeds. As refugees from Ukraine, it was very difficult for us to find housing, although we worked full-time and had contracts.
