Ben Jesty has been at the helm of Winkworth Westbourne since 2003. His knowledge of the Westbourne property market is second to none and is the longest standing agent in Westbourne. Ben has taken the Westbourne office from strength to strength over the years with the help of his experienced, long-standing team and has built up a fine reputation within the local community. Ben was born locally and now lives in Lymington with his wife Natalie, daughter Mia and son Jack. In his spare time, Ben is a watersports fanatic and spends most of his spare time either on the Solent or enjoying a long walk in the New Forest with his family and dog followed by an afternoon at his local pub! Ben also owns and runs Winkworth Southbourne Lettings and Winkworth Poole Lettings covering the lettings market from Southbourne through to Poole, Canford Cliffs and the surrounding area and looks after around 600 rental properties.

Fergus joined the Westbourne office in 2003 and is, after Ben, the longest serving member of staff. Fergus is incredibly driven and prides himself not just on finding the best possible buyers but doing whatever he can to make sure that sales reach a successful, and where possible, swift completion. Quite uniquely, he also deals with a high number of overseas investors who recognise the value of the popular Bournemouth area. Having worked in the area for so long, he is well known by the local community and has even volunteered with a local school where Fergus was the Chair of Governors. Fergus lives in Westbourne and enjoys walking with his dog in the Purbecks and spending time with his Son. Fergus has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the property market and is always available to offer advice whether it be about the sale of your home, development of a plot of land or what type of property would make the best buy to let investment.

George joined the Westbourne team in early 2022 and consistently demonstrates an incredible enthusiasm for the industry and a passion to ensure Winkworth remains the leading agent in the area. George has proved to be an invaluable member of the team and has progressed to a Senior Property Consultant, a role which he is excelling in. His knowledge of the business and local area is fantastic and his customer service is something he prides himself on. His Google reviews support this and we hear nothing but positive feedback from the clients he deals with. George previously played basketball for the national team and still enjoys playing regularly in his spare time along with learning to play golf.

Alex has recently joined our busy Westbourne office as a sales and lettings consultant and has certainly stepped up to the role. Alex has proved he has a strong desire to succeed and understand every aspect of the industry. Alex has quickly learnt the way in which the experienced team at Winkworth Westbourne work in ensuring each and every client is treated with a personal, yet professional approach and is popular with clients and receives extremely positive feedback. Alex has grown up and lives locally with his family having a background in property and In his spare time, Alex enjoys playing football and golf.

Natalie runs the administration department on the lettings side of the business and oversees all of the new tenancy paperwork, move ins, renewals and rent increases. Her attention to detail and passion to ensure every one of our clients has a positive experience when dealing with us is clear when dealing with her. Natalie works alongside Ben in liaising with Landlords to ensure their investments are maximised with regular rent reviews to ensure the rents being achieved are in line with current market conditions. Natalie has been married to Ben since 2007 and in her spare time, loves to keep fit and spend time on the water with their two children.

Alex joined Winkworth in 2013 coming with a successful and proven customer service background. Since being part of the Winkworth team, Alex’s knowledge of the property management and lettings part of the business is invaluable and he is a key member of our Westbourne branch. Alex prides himself on the personal service he provides to each and every client and his passion for the industry shines through. Alex is very much a family man and loves spending time with his son and daughter in his spare time. Alex is a keen sportsman and an avid Cherries supporter attending as many games as possible.

Nino came to Winkworth with a wealth of experience having worked for a number of years as a property manager and overseeing the lettings department for another local letting agency. Nino’s number one goal is to ensure every client receives the highest level of service and this shines through when dealing with her. This, coupled with her experience and understanding of property management makes her a valuable member of the team and she constantly receives positive feedback and glowing reviews from landlords and tenants alike. In her spare time, Nino loves spending time with her daughter and beloved rescue dog.
