We have absolutely loved living in Duckett Road for the last 5 years. We think this is such a special home, we loved it from the moment we set foot inside. The front room has all of it's gorgeous original features, it is spacious and light and is our favourite room in the house. The kitchen is great for entertaining, it leads straight out onto the back deck which is perfect for BBQs in summer. The garden has beautiful sunlight from the morning right through until 3pm then again from 5pm until late evening (these very specific timings have been mastered over the years).

Green lanes is our favourite neighbourhood in London, it is lively, friendly, diverse and full of great local gems for food and drinks. It is really well connected with tubes, overground, bus and train options and is an easy walk from multiple beautiful green spaces.
Everyone who has come to visit over the years has fallen in love both with the area and our home, we hope the new owners will enjoy it just as much as we have.
